I am writing to you to ask if you would be interested in lending your support to a very special event that is talking place at the Aula Magna on the 4/5/2005.
The Musical Box is a reconstruction of Genesis from 72 till 75 and they are currently on a sell out word tour playing places like THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL and THE OLYMPIA OF PARIS.
This band have the full support of Peter Gabriel , Phil Collins and the rest of the Genesis members. Please check there site www.themusicalbox.net
If you think that it is of interest to your public to know that they can see what Genesis were doing 30 years ago, the same memorable show that was preformed in cascais ( THE LAMB LIES DOWN ON BROADWAY ) then maybe you could let your audience know about the event ?

Ontem naveguei no site The Musica Box e lá estava o concerto agendado para 4 de Maio.
Realmente é uma oportunidade a não perder para quem tinha 6 anos na altura do concerto de Cascais.
Peter Gabriel esteve com os filhos num dos concertos The Musical Box.
Vale a pene visitar o site e de certeza assistir ao concerto.

Este grupo (The Musical Box) é aparentemente o mais cotado dos que compõem um vasto grupo de bandas “cover” dedicadas aos Genesis no mundo inteiro.
Apesar de ter à altura da saída do Peter Gabriel da banda, apenas 5 anos, tive a felicidade de formar os meus gostos musicais em torno do rock progressivo e em particular de bandas como os Genesis.
Não sendo “The Lamb” o meu album favorito da era Gabriel (para mim seria Nursery Crime seguido de Foxtrot), é um espectaculo imperdível para os verdadeiros fans dos Genesis.
Pena ser tão caro, mas que diabo, é musica de qualidade! 🙂
